Returns & Exchanges
All sales of personalized items are final. Since most of our products are a one time use, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order if there is a problem and we will issue you a return authorization number (R.A.N.). You may return or exchange with a valid return authorization number; all other returns will be refused. You will be responsible for shipping charges.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned merchandise. Please be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, order number and order date if not the same as on the invoice.
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in its original condition. We are not responsible for packages that are being returned, so please be sure to insure your shipment for its proper value.
Forget Me Not personally inspects each item before shipping to ensure you receive your merchandise in perfect shape. We do ship a few products directly from the manufacturer to expedite getting them to you, but they also perform a quality inspection process prior to shipment.
It is the customer's responsibility to order their personalized items correctly. This includes specifying the correct text, font, colors, size, and spellings. If Forget Me Not fills your order and the personalization choice does not reflect the choice on the original order, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
