Returns & Exchanges
Q. What is your returns policy?
Answer: Since most of our items are a one time use or personalized, we can only offer exchanges on any defective items. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order if there is a problem. We personally inspect every item before mailing, unless it is drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Click here for more information about our returns policy.
