Q. I forgot my password! How do I request a friendly reminder from you?
Answer: Click on the "My Account" link which is located at the top right corner of each page. Right under the window requesting your email address and password is a link to request that your password be sent to your email address.

Q. What is your privacy policy, and how do you use my contact information?
Answer: We know your are putting your trust in our hands, and so you should know that your privacy is of utmost important to us. We will not sell, trade, rent, or give individually identifying information that you provide to anyone outside of our organization.
Q. Is my credit card number and other confidential information being processed in a secure environment?
Answer: We feel you need to be comfortable ordering in our online environment, so our servers use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) which is a protocol that transmits your confidential information over the Internet in an encrypted form. SSL ensures that the information is sent, unchanged, only to the server you intended to send it to. The best online shopping sites frequently use SSL technology to safeguard credit card and other confidential information. You know you are protected if you see the little padlock icon at the bottom of your screen.

Q. How many signatures can I get on a guest book?
Answer: It varies depending on the one you choose. Some books can have additional pages added which will accomodate 600+ signatures.
Q. What are my options for unity candles?
Answer: We have beautiful wax pillars in white and ivory. We offer a great selection of designs and styles to choose from.
Oil unity candles are another wonderful option. They can be engraved with your names and the date of your wedding. You can choose from several different verses. The candles burn smokeless, odorless oil which is available in clear or colors. They make a great keepsake.
Candleholders are also available which compliment each style. Additionally these can be used as a memorial candle.
