Q. How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Answer:
Most items will be shipped in 2 to 3 weeks. Personalized items may take 3 to 6 weeks.
Q. What form of payment do you accept?
Answer: Forget Me Not accepts most credit cards. You can pay using PayPal, or you can mail in your payment in the form of a check or money order. Please do not send cash.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to use their payment service. With PayPal, you can use your debit or credit card, or if you do have an account with them, you can have the funds drawn directly from your checking account or from your PayPal account. Q. What process do I follow to pay by check or money order?
Answer: During check out, you'll see the option to "Pay By Mail" when specifying your payment method. Simply select that option, and your order will be sent through with your request. Once we receive your check or money order, we will process your order.
Q. How do I look up the status of my order?
Answer: Click on the "My Account" link at the top right of each page on our website. Once you've done that you'll be asked to enter the email address and password that you supplied when you placed your first order. From there you'll be able to click on any of your prior orders to see the status or to print out a copy of your packing list.
